About me
I was born in Chicago, Illinois in 1973 — the same year that US troops pulled out of Vietnam and the World Trade Center became the tallest building in the world, so I consider myself fairly lucky. The south suburbs is where I resided for most of my youth. In 1991 I graduated from Joliet Township West. After which, I put life and limb on loan to our country as an enlisted member of the U.S. Army. Once completed, I visited several colleges, and a university never quite completing the necessary work to get a paper stating I had done so.
In December of 2000 I married the love of my life and long-time significant other, Tina; and together we moved to Atlanta, Ga after an 11 year stint in Cape Coral Florida. We have two wonderful children, one of each model (read: 1 boy and 1 girl.) We decided that two children were not enough hassle so we decided to increase our foursome with the addition of 1 lovable monstrosity. Enter Ranger, our 100 pound walking carpet of a German Shepherd. Ranger proved to be more my dog and not so much my wife’s, so we rescued Bandit a 3 pound toy chihuahua from the hangman’s noose.
The Dark Rouge Chronicles will be my first professional attempt at writing, although I have written as a hobby on and off since grade school.
For my day job, I run a 3 small cafés that cater to the cube dwellers.
The odd thing is that you’ve found your way here. By whatever miracle or act of Congress you landed here by, I welcome you and hope to see more of you. Thanks.
