Received some much needed reviews on TDRC.  Most were helpful, the rewrite of Ch. 1 will be in full swing by next week.

Now to take the kiddies to go get more chocolate, that I can steal later in the week.  bha ha ha ha.

computer screen, and just about everything around me.  However, today is day 1 being tobacco free.  Thats right, no more cigarettes…ever.  But, just a little secret…I REALLY FREAKIN want one…badly.

So, I have reviewed now four authors on reviewfuse, decent enough work, no shining gems in my opinion though.  And no, yours truly does not believe his is a shining gem either.

We have finished our little pumpkin, we call him  Mr. Fang…take a peek.

All righty then, time to drift into dreamland.  Enough dribble for one day.

So, I went out searching for a writing contest to enter.  I have found two, and entered my rough draft of Chapter one to one.  The other needed an entirely different story.  So, I buckled down and knocked out 3035 words in one afternoon.  Only to realize that I missed the due date by one day.  So, I have a 3000 word short story with no home.  So, I need to find it a home…quickly.

Things completed in Fiction – Short Story completed.  One contest entered.  Gave reviews to two authors on their shorts.

Things completed in real life – Groceries acquired for the week.

Up next – Pumpkin gutting.  Oh..joy.

Well, the writing didn’t happen today.  Sister called, all up in arms about her finances..so it was a fire that I was called on to put out.  However, I should have a goodly amount of time to devote to DRC tomorrow.

Things accomplished in Fiction – Zilch.  However I have joined the ranks of the truly insane…

Things accomplished in real life – house cleaned, dog bathed (thankfully, he smelled..well, like wet dog), laundry completed, and budget balanced.

All in all a fairly productive day in real life…tomorrow…need to get sustenance for the household, then..DRC devotion time.  Wish me luck.

Yes, it has been 6 months since my last post.  And, unfortunately I have very little to show for it in way of writing progress.  I have found Authonomy and have created my account there, and have designed pretty much the cover of my book…if I ever finish it.  Also, I have settled on a name..thanks to suggestions from my wife.  But as for story line…it needs some brush up.  I noticed the voice is completely wrong, as is the narrative.  Will be going back in to clean it up then push on sometime today.

Things to do in Fiction – Clean up voice and narrative.  Finish Chapter 3.  Update outline.

Things to do in real life – Must get house in order..ewww, but only a few hours..then I can be back here.

Things accomplished in fiction – Started reading Boneshaker by the talented Cherie Priest.  Started anew on Dark Rogue.  Current stats
